Does Purifie share any information it receives about me ?
No, as we respect your privacy and are appreciative of your business and the trust you have placed in us to provide our services. At no stage (other than to complete a delivery) will we provide any account, email, contact or other personal information to third party vendors, associates or service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Other than online, can I place an order any other way ?
Yes. Kindly go to our Wholesale page to view our list of retailers and stockist.
Are my credit card details safe when I purchase from Purifie?
Yes, absolutely! Your payment is processed through PayPal and your credit card and bank details are securely governed by PayPal’s payment platform and policies.
Do the prices shown online include GST?
Yes, all prices listed online are inclusive of GST. For taxation purposes, a G.S.T breakdown will be visible on the tax invoice supplied with your order.
What if I require a refund?

I've changed my mind, can I make an exchange or return an unused product?

I won't be available to accept my delivery, what happens now?
Typically, all of our items are shipped with an “Authority To Leave” on the package label which lets the courier driver know that it is OK to leave the parcel in your absence. If this is not OK, please write a note in the shopping cart prior to payment confirmation. Sometimes, alternative courier services will leave a note or calling card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If the order is returned to sender due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at additional cost.
How much do you charge for shipping?

What payment options are available?
We offer secure payment via PayPal only.
How do I cancel my order after I've already paid?
Since you cannot directly cancel an online order yourself, contact our Customer Service team via email at info@purifie.com.au. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Refer to our Refunds & Returns policy under Terms and Conditions.
How do I have my online order sent to an alternate delivery address?
During checkout, select the checkbox ‘Ship to a different address?’ and provide the alternate address.
I'm having problems ordering online, who can I call for help?
Email our Customer Service Team at info@purifie.com.au and notify us of the error.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders are dispatched within two business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Delivery time may extend up to 30 days if stock is unavailable.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered by the specified date?
Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery on the relevant courier’s website. If not received within 10 working days, email us at info@purifie.com.au.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No, we do not accept orders over the phone. We are an online-only store to keep costs low and pass savings to customers.
How can I check the delivery status of my online order?
Use your tracking number on the courier’s website. The shipping email will specify the courier used.
Will I receive a tax invoice for my online order?
Yes, an invoice totaling $70 or more will be sent to your email.
How do I know that my online order has been received?
A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address once your order is placed. If not received, contact us at info@purifie.com.au.
How can I update my account details?
Log in and click on ‘My Account’ at the top of each page. Use the ‘edit’ link to change personal info, then click ‘SAVE’.
I have forgotten my password – help!
Visit the login page, click ‘Reset Password’, enter your email, and submit. A new password will be emailed to you. Check spam/junk folders if not received. If email access is lost, contact us or create a new account.
